The SHOEI X-Fifteen RAINEY TC-10 is a completely newly designed full-face helmet engineered to bring a new wind to the racing scene and contribute to rider victory. Developed using SHOEI's extensive expertise and pressure analysis, its aeroform design is refined through testing in a large-scale in-house wind tunnel to deliver stable aerodynamic performance even at ultra-high speeds exceeding 350km/h.

  • Aeroform: A completely redesigned shape based on pressure analysis and wind tunnel testing to minimize air resistance.
  • Ventilation: Internal air routes are more than 1.5 times deeper than previous models, combined with outlet holes in the rear stabilizer tunnel for superior ventilation.
  • Shield System: Equipped with a center-locking CWR-F2R shield that tightly seals against the window beading to block wind and rain. The anti-fog sheet pins are positioned outside the field of vision to ensure a wide, clear view.
  • Upper Field of Vision: The eye port is positioned 5mm higher than previous models to secure a wider upward view without compromising overall visual balance, a design highly rated by MotoGP riders.
  • Interior Parts: Features an evolved, split-type center pad with pocket-type sections for precise fit adjustments. The cheek pads have a unique shape to suppress lift and a 116% larger contact area compared to previous models for a secure hold at high speeds.
  • Ready for Hydration System: Includes an attachment mechanism near the mouth, allowing easy integration with optional hydration tubes and commercial hydration systems.
  • Quietness: Equipped with vortex generators on both ends of the highly sealed CWR-F2R shield to direct wind backward and minimize noise.
  • Emergency Quick Release System (E.Q.R.S.): Allows emergency personnel to easily remove the helmet by pulling a dedicated ribbon, minimizing strain on the rider's neck.
